We are almost there! Our aluminium bottles and herbal powders significantly reduce waste. Currently, our paper refill packs use a thin film liner for freshness. We are actively searching for a 100% compostable alternative to reach our ultimate zero-waste goal.
Can I use the powder without the PUReRA bottle?
While you can use any clean bottle, our PUReRA aluminium bottles are designed with specific measurement marks and a durable pump to ensure the perfect consistency and long-lasting beauty in your bathroom.
Are the formulas safe for color-treated hair?

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Express options are available at checkout. Since our herbal powders are lightweight, we're able to keep our carbon footprint low during transit.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your PUReRA rituals. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all aluminium bottles and unopened powder refills. Due to the nature of our herbal products, used refills cannot be returned.
How do I start an exchange?
To exchange an item, please contact our support team. We'll provide a prepaid label for the return of your original item and process your new order immediately to ensure your sustainable routine remains uninterrupted.
What happens if my aluminium bottle is damaged?
Our aluminium bottles are designed for longevity, but if yours arrives with a defect or significant damage that impacts its use, we will replace it free of charge. Simply send a photo of the damage to our team within 7 days of delivery.
When will I receive my refund?
